Registration will open at 8:00am outside Gusu Hall on the 1st Floor of the Hotel. The Registration desk will be open during each break session and staff will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have.

Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea will be provided each day. If you haven’t already done so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
A Welcome Function will be held on Monday 5 December at The Sydney Suzhou Centre, South Tower Wisdom Centre, No. 10 Moon Bay Road, Suzhou Industrial Park. Shuttle buses will take depart at 6:15pm from the Hotel to take delegates to the Sydney Suzhou Centre. Please gather in the hotel lobby. The buses will return at 8:10pm to the Hotel. Please gather in the hall on the first floor to meet the return buses.
A workshop dinner will be held on Tuesday 6 December from 7:00pm in Gusu Hall, Jinling Guanyuan International Hotel Suzhou.
INTERNET AND WI FI
Wireless access will be available in the conference rooms each day for those delegates that can access jlgy. However please bring your own wireless access devices if you have critical work you will need to access.
We recommend Jinling Guanyuan International Hotel Suzhou, NO.168, Cuiwei Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Wu Zhong District, 215123 Suzhou, China. Jinling Guanyuan International Hotel Suzhou is 5 minutes drive from the Suzhou centre of University of Sydney. Room rates are as follows:
